We bealive in our employees and in the performance of each of them, for this reason we encourage you to its improvement both in the workplace and their relationship as other employees. remember that our mission is to make our costumer each mantain a quality experience, service and atmosphere to suit your needs.

Management has made an evaluation of the performance shown by you for yesterday in which we did not have available to offer service to a group of clients at a table assigned to you. In addition, it took into account their way of expression to the manager.

For the matter concerning, we are going to suspend you for the next two weeks. We hope this is the best decition for your own personal achievement and the company. It is in our best interest to wish you the best outcome possible from this experience in futere goals.
